It’s no secret that Exhibit loves our furry friends (check out our IG hashtag #dogsofexhibitsalon), which is why we’re thrilled to welcome back Brooklyn-based taxidermist Amber Maykut. She wowed us with her painstakingly crafted (and ethically sourced) pieces when she participated in the 2015 group show Cabinet en Curio; her work is dynamic, humorous, and just plain gorgeous. Check out her story and more of her one-of-a-kind taxidermy at www.brooklyntaxidermy.com
Be sure to arrive early for a special live snake experience with Zoe Ziegfeld, co-producer of Bizarre Bushwick’s mondo burlesque night FU Revue, and Astrology readings from the incredible Courtney O' Reilly.
Drinks and light snacks will be served all evening!
Exhibit Salon is wheelchair accessible. If you have any accessibility requests or transportation questions please contact us at Exhibitasalon@gmail.com or call (347) 725-4779 and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Zoe is a Brooklyn-based burlesque dancer, sideshow performer, and professional mischief-maker. She is the co-producer of a monthly nightlife spectacle called the Fuck You Revue in Bushwick, and a member of the award-winning queer performance collective Switch n’ Play. Zoe recently made history as the first snake charmer to perform with the Metropolitan Opera, and she is an ongoing cast member of the historic Coney Island Circus Sideshow. She also moonlights as an assistant to RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 9 winner Sasha Velour. Zoe has been featured in the New York Times for her performances, and she received the Brooklyn Nightlife Award for Best Circus Performer 2017. She holds a bachelor’s degree in performance and installation art, and she’s not afraid to use it – she is especially interested in curating live arts events that empower marginalized populations and challenge the status quo.
